Emergency number outside of the opening hours for Belgian nationals in distress. Please be aware of the time difference between Australia and Belgium (8 to 10 hours of difference)! This number is for extreme emergencies only (deceased Belgians, arrest, theft of travel documents, ...)! The visa section no longer answers visa questions over the phone. Please email the Embassy instead.
 

Via e-Appointment you can easily make an appointment at the Embassy for all our consular services. Please note this is an IN PERSON appointment at the Embassy in Canberra, and not a phone or online appointment.

It is not possible to make an appointment for a visa application. These applications must be submitted in one of the Visa Application Centers.

Note, appointments must be made at least one day in advance. If you are not sure which category you should select, choose 'other consular services'. Please first contact the Embassy to check if an appointment is required and/or if your file is in order (to avoid traveling to Canberra in vain).
